ios 17 stuttering, slow

I have been experiencing some like laggy issues on my iPhone 12. It’s very stuttery, specially when displaying the 2 menus from top and on Safari. Sometimes it’s laggy also while navigating on home screen.

Not fixed with 17.0.1.

It was running perfectly on iOS 16.

I also saw some lag on my M1 ipad pro, but at a minor level than in my phone. And it seems to be almost fixed with ios 17.0.1
