Screen problems

Hello. 10 days ago,
 I bought an iPhone 14 Pro Max, which has a screen problem, 
the colors are mixed, sometimes the screen turns off completely.
 I took it to the service center where they tell me that they can only change the screen and they won't replace it with a new one. 
But I don't want to

If you bought the phone from an Apple store or authorized reseller, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to return the phone for a full refund.

If the store will only replace screen, then they are not an authorized reseller and Apple can't do anything for you.
