When my phone is in silent mode my phone wont vibrate and when the sound is on it will not ding when i have a message come thru. How do i correct this as Ive already installed the bug fix update as well

Go to Settings > Accessibility>Touch>Vibration> Turn On.
Settings > Sounds & Haptics >Haptics>Play in silent mode.
Settings > Sounds & Haptics >Rigtone>Haptics> select Synchronized(Default) / Standard / Create new Vibration

Have you gone to Settings>Sounds & Haptics>Haptics and made sure it's set to "Always Play"?
Yes i have. Check in accessibility to make sure vibration was on as well. Shut phone off and turned back on. Hard reset my phone as well.
