Is it possible to downgrade from WatchOS 10 to WatchOS 9?
WatchOS 10 is a garbage update. Not sure what Apple was think but is is possible to downgrade?

take you Apple Watch into an Apple Store and ask them to send it back to Apple to have it downgraded to watchOS 9.
But that is a short term strategy, as eventually, your iPhone will upgrade to a version that requires a newer watchOS version, and you will be forced to upgrade your Apple Watch again.
