Apple Watch Os10 changed the swipe-up function. Can it be changed back to Control Center like Os9? Don't like the new Smart Stack list of garbage in Os10 when you swipe up.

Control Center moved to a momentary press and release of the oval side button.

The flashlight and silence buttons are in the Control Center along with all the other Control Center buttons.
So how are the flashlight and silence and movie theater modes accessed now?
