Purchased Tones in iOS 17

Since updating to iOS17 previously purchased tones that I used for message tones are no longer showing under my list of purchased tones in Text Tones. They show up under ringtones just not in text tones.

Ive re downloaded all tones again but this has mad no difference.

Does anyone know how to if possible get these purchased tones accessible again in my list in Text Tones.

Where are all my purchased tones? I’ve bought multiple ringtones/alert tones over the past few years but suddenly they’re no longer showing up as options under settings, even when I opt to “download purchased tones.” Selecting that option under the Sounds/Haptics settings opens the iTunes store, but when I navigate to the Purchased tab, the only options are Music, Movies, and TV Shows…When I go back and click on Tones, it just takes me to the Tones store so I’m going in circles. I even tried buying a tone I’d previously paid for just to get it back, and STILL nothing shows up; so I can’t keep wasting money trying to get these back, as inexpensive as they are. I’m guessing it may be related to iOS 17 but am not certain…how do I get my purchased tones back?

iOS 17 text tones now show up as ringtones After upgrading to iOS 17, my purchased text tones only show up under ‘ringtones’ instead of text tones leaving them unusable. If it were a custom ringtone I would understand. However, I purchased them directly from the iTunes Store as text tones and now they won’t show up under the correct option like the did before I updated.

Newly purchased text tones not available Since all my old text tones disappeared with iOS 17, I just repurchased (9-25-23) several from the iTunes Store. When I look at my purchases I can see that I was charged for them. When I go to Sounds and Haptics, however, I click on download purchased tones, and nothing happens. It says there are none.

Look's like this issues will be fixed in iOS 17.1 coming on Tuesday 24th.
