Airpod Pro (1. Gen) connection issue after Update to 6A300

After the Update i have the problem, that the Airpods get discgnected by themself.

After new connection on the iPhone, they are visable on iPhone and macBook but i can not connect with the macBook.

Same other way. If i connect on Mac, they are visable on iPhone but not connectable.

Pretty sure, that this is since the update.

All devices are up-to-date.
