Ios17 lost my text tones, what happened?
Updated my iPhone 14pro max to the IOS17, what happened to all my text tones that I bought???

They are probably still there under ringtones. You just can't use them for text tones at the moment. It is currently unclear if this is a bug or intentional.
I suggest that you submit feedback to Apple:
Note that iOS 17 is not yet an option for selection in the drop down menu. Just make sure it's in the text box.
