ios 17 features not working

I upgraded to IOS 17 this morning on iPhone 13 and have noticed that several of the new features are not working for me. So far I’ve noted

I still have to say Hey Siri
Even though the button is on screen for me to record a voicemail when a FaceTime is not answered, when I press it nothing happens
ringtTones for iMessage and WhatsApp not ringing
the automatic arrangement of grocery items into lists is not happening

anyone else experiencing this issue??

I’m having the groceries issue. I’ve worked through every “fix” I can find on the internet, but nothing has changed it. My groceries remain uncategorized. If I change to the columns view, it shows them all in Other.

I can say Siri instead of Hey Siri, and I’m not sure about the other two.
