iOS 17 Bugs (IPhone 14 Pro Max)

Hi ever since I updated my iPhone 14 pro max to iOS 17, I’ve been experiencing a few of issues.

my battery has been draining a lot quicker; I’ve never had an issue with my battery, it could last me a whole day and now I have to charge it more frequently in one day.(my battery health was 100% pre update and now it’s 99% after updating)
The phone is moving a lot slower, takes long to open apps, send messages etc.
On FaceTime, there are audio issues, when the person watches a video in the background and then goes back to FaceTime, their audio is a lot lower.
For WhatsApp and iMessage, when multiple messages are sent some of the notifications do not have the display picture.

Since the update (17) my iPhone 14 Pro Max (1 tb) will throw videos I watch into fast forward for no reason, click on things on its own, it’s a lot slower and becomes unresponsive at times. I thought it wasn’t allowed to slow down phones when a new model comes out anymore? What gives on my phone performance now a days?
