Do iPhones 15 bought online still work well abroad?

Hey! As the title says, I’ve just ordered an iPhone 15 on the Apple Store app online. I live in italy, and I’m wondering if it will work (in terms of sim, wireless bands, etc) perfectly and things like that. Thanks a lot!
