iOS 17 Contact Posters not working (Disabled)

Good morning all,

I have an iPhone 13 and iOS 17 installed since yesterday and unfortunately the contact poster function does not work for me as expected. I can create a contact poster, but when I call friends who also have iOS 17 since yesterday, it just shows a gray background. Am I doing something wrong? I have already deactivated the function 1x and activated again and also deleted all contact posters and created again, also a restart has brought nothing.

It is probably because you’ve got two SIM cards on your phone. Make sure that the number that you are calling your friend from, matches with the one that you have as predefined for when you start a conversation in iMessage or when you place a call over FaceTime. It worked for me
