Can't change payment method, getting error: MZFinance.FamilyNonHoH.CannotAddPayment

I want to change the payment method on my account but the "add payment method" button is disabled. When I try to removed the payment method that is there, I get this error: MZFinance.FamilyNonHoH.CannotAddPayment I'm unable to add a payment method. I am apart of a family plan and the card is stuck as being my family members and not my own, I want to change it to be my own card because I have my own storage I pay for that is not shared with the family plan. We tried removing me from the family plan, but we are still unable to remove the payment method that is from the family plan.
