Songs in itunes store not playing

I would like to purchase songs in the itunes store but some of them will not play. It just shows a blue dotted circle that never ends. Someone help!

I reported this on this community on the 29 August 2023 and see that no solution has been posted by support!!!

"I have this problem too. Tried to sample the tracks on the now Birdy album Portraits but they do not play. Her older songs do but the new ones. My connection is fine so no problems with my end."

It would be good to see if it can be solved or know that iTunes no longer works for older apple computers systems like mine which I spent a lot buying a few years back.

It was fine the last time I wanted to purchase some songs and I've done everything I can think of and followed some other work arounds but still some play and some don't. I had someone tell me it's because the song isn't available in my area which seems ridiculous, why even have the songs on there if they aren't available? Probably yet another human coding error from Apple.
