Disney Bundle through Apple Subscription

I currently have Disney+ and Hulu subscription through Apple. I would like to upgrade to the Disney Trio Premium Bundle. It does not show up as an option under subscriptions for Apple. When I log into the Hulu and Disney Apps it pushes me to the Apple Log in. How do I resolve this issue?

If you're not seeing the options to bundle and upgrade, check with Hulu how to access this option. Since they are offering this option to bundle all of the services, they can help answer questions about this. Here's how to reach out to them: Hulu Help
