Confirmation letter
I have ordered two iPhone 15 pro max 256 GB on Friday15/09 , My ordering number W1251440601. I still haven't got a confirmation letter but in my app it show processing and my credit card got dectucted.

What to you mean by "confirmation letter"? If you mean a proof of purchase, then view this on an invoice.
Getting an Invoice:
- Go Here: Viewing & Changing Orders - Apple Support
- Scroll to: View or Print Invoice (very bottom)
- Proceed from there as necessary
