If you’ve been diagnosed with AFib, is it better to turn on AFib History and get the once a week notification or to keep the Irregular Heart Rate notifications on? The irregular notifications are what led me to be diagnosed and why I wear my watch.

I don’t really want to have the irregular heart rate notifications turned off since that’s why I wear my watch all the time but I feel like the AFib history feature would be good to turn on. Not sure why only one of those features can be on as they both seem beneficial.

Same question here. I'm afraid to turn on History because it turns off the alerts which makes no sense to me. Hopefully Apple can update its operating system in the future so we can have both.

I feel I've been "lucky" that when it has scanned it has seen the arrythmia, or I wouldn't have known it was happening sometimese. I wish it could scan all the time, but I suppose that's asking for too much at this point in its development.
