I dropped my iPad and received a new replacement iPad. Now, on my new iPad, my apps that I had downloaded previously won’t open. They all have download cloud icons next to them, but won’t open when I click on them. Some apps, like Contacts and Photos are fine.

click on the icloud icon so it download to your ipad.
