I purchased an Apple Watch Series 8 and it doesn't power on or charge.

I bought a new Apple Watch Series 8 and it doesn't start nor charge, when I put it on a charger, a yellow Apple icon appears the the watch turns off. Help me please.

You can try these steps:

If your Apple Watch won't charge or it won't turn on - Apple Support

If you still need help, contact Apple Support.

You should have 14 days to return or exchange it.
