I bought a new watch and it is not charging or turning on

My new Apple Watch series 7 which I bought couple of months ago now I trying to turn it on it won’t what is the reason

Try to put it on the charger for longer then 30 minutes, it can take a while to turn on if it is really empty

Have the battery checked out at an Apple store.
