Disappearing home screen

My 2nd Home Screen comes & goes randomly. Previous answers suggest that if it’s not hidden (it’s not) it’s gone permanently but mine just disappears for a while then comes back. Does anyone have any other ideas?

Home Screen missing My second Home Screen is missing. I was having this problem on iOS 15 where it would be missing for a day or two and then reappear. I tried updating to iOS 16 but as soon as I updated it did it again. I saw some comments on another question suggesting that it may be hidden but the dots above the taskbar are gone as well. Any suggestions?

Second Home Screen keeps disappearing I just switched to the iPhone 14 plus from the iPhone XS (running 16.5.1). And I have two Home Screens however the second one keeps disappearing and I thought my XS was just acting up however on the 14 my Home Screen disappears too, and it’s not just a one time thing. This will happen several times a week where I’ll open my phone throughout the day and suddenly my second home screen disappeared. And i don’t think it’s hidden because I’ve checked and it claims I only have one Home Screen. (Apologies if I’m using the wrong term and it’s not Home Screen)

One of the Home Screens Suddenly Disappear I noticed that sometimes one of my home pages will go missing. It was not hidden, restarting also didn’t help. If i left it alone they would suddenly show up again, and I haven’t found what the trigger is. Saw people asking the same questions but never fully solved. I’m now running on iOS 16.3.1 but noticed this problem already when i used iOS 14

Hello PetaDenhamHarvey,

If you use a Focus mode, you can customize the Home Screen pages: Use Focus on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support.

This is perhaps what you are seeing. You may have hidden the second page when you turn a Focus mode on, and the second screen appears again when you turn the Focus mode off.
