How do I turn on watch/phone mirroring with apple watch

my apple watch app on iPhone says that I can add watch/iphone mirroring through settings/general/accessibility and then look for mirroring, but there is no mirroring option. I have watch os 9.6.1 and iPhone os16.6.

Apple Watch Series 3, watchOS 8

To use that option you need (see the above link):

An Apple Watch Series 6 or later with watchOS 9.
An iPhone with iOS 16.
