I buy macbook from my friend, but he lost everything like appleid, Password. Email etc, how i can recover or change that account, also i have all the invoices and document for that macbook

That Mac cannot be used in its present condition. If you have its original invoice and a chain of custody such as a bill of sale unequivocally proving that you are now its legitimate owner, then Apple will be able to unlock it.
