iPhone 11 - Lost notes in notes app from email folder

I am still unable to find lost notes on notes app on iPhone 11 after going through steps outlined above. All my notes except one in my yahoo email folder are gone. The interface seems to have changes from yesterday when I opened it last. What to do?
