Notifications Stacking

I disabled Notification Stacking and opted for Lists, but I'm still getting them stacked according to their app. How do I make that stop.

Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve temporary software glitches. Turn off your iPhone, wait for a few seconds, and then turn it back on.

Restart the device. That's it.
