YouTube shorts keeps freezing

So I just had my iPad Air 5 replaced to a new unit. For the second time, for the same display issues. And both times, even now I keep having issues with YouTube freezing whenever I use YouTube shorts. Every 5 shorts or so, the next shorts freezes while the audio from the previous shorts plays. I have had this problem since I got my iPad in mid June and I have had it replaced to a new unit twice since. Every time this problem persists. Can someone help?
