I got email from apple that my ID is locked temporarily. My question is why you guys was locked my ID apple account

It’s a phishing attempt.

Hopefully you did NOT reply or provide any personal credentials.

Apple does not send such emails. The email is from a scammer, attempting to obtain your Apple ID and password. Do not interact with the message or the sender.
