Just got an email that my account is locked and unless I verify within 48 hours it will be deleted. I questioned. Checked my settings. Clicked “verify” gave out my email address/home address/ cx number even tho my brain was saying “why” when I have never used Apple Pay and don’t intend to - but when it asked for my SS number I backed out. Confirming this is a scam

It is indeed a scam message, presented by criminals. Do not interact with the message or the sender.
