rlwof.sps has continuous popup?

stated happening while searching for a restaurant. I am on a fairly new Air and it opened for the last software update and upgrade to Ventura continued after the upgrade to 13..1.

after upgrading to ventura I have a pop up popup says carbonitealerts is damaged. I'm given the option to move to trash or cancel. Move to trash brings another pop up sayin it cannot be moved to the trash. Cancel just brings up the same pop up.

What is: com.apple.appkit.xpc.openAndSavePanelService Ever since upgrading to Ventura this pops up a window asking where it is. I have no idea what it is for or where it is. Apparently this has been around for a long time in an earlier thread. But the solution then was to quit either Pages or Numbers to stop the process. I don't use either of those. Can anyone provide an answer to tell me where to look?
