What happens to removed Arcade Games?

I’d like to know what happens to Arcade games that are removed from the subscription line-up? Are they available for purchase on the App Store at some point?

There are so many games to play and so little time. I’ve already missed a few great ones. I specifically like the artsy design games with unique gameplay elements, they match the Apple vision.

They can remove all the typical mobile games with in-game currency, unlocks geared toward addiction etc.; those already flood the store. Leave the good indie games in the subscription.
