Music wont save/download

Apple Music will not save a song that I save to my library, will let me “make” a new playlist but will not save the songs or the playlist name. Will not download songs either. I can still play playlists that I made months ago but it will not longer load or let me make new ones nor will it keep the songs on the playlist. Also will not let me add new songs to playlists I made a while ago.
