share data with health provider

I am using an apple watch to track a pretty serious heart condition. I want to share my sensor data with my doctors. I was told at point of purchase it was really easy to do so. In the help there is a short set of instructions of how to do this, and seems pretty easy. Except when it's not.

I see the health institution listed on the web as an included institution, they have a portal and use Epic. But when I go to add in the app, they are not there.

Is there a way to download the data to share manually? Am I doomed to provide screen shots like its 1990?

Contact the institution; you need to log in to your “MyChart” in the Epic app, which may have a different name, such as the name of the provider.

You can also generate PDF reports from the Health app if you can’t connect; no need for screen shots.
