My SIM card is stuck in my phone because I did not have the tray in first. Who can fix this? Apple folks or take it to my cell phone carrier?

I can't get the sim card out of my phone. that's because I didn't put the tray in first. Who do I take it to so they can take it out then put it back correctly?
