I have tried all methods to restart. It is not even showing as charging while connected to the charger. Kindly help

This looks like a hardware issue and you'll have to send it in for service.

Thank you! I just sent it to the Apple Service. But I must say that this Community is more reliable than Apple Support, on which my experience has been yucky with two advisors! They are a waste of time
