Deleting files once backed up
I keep getting a storage notification so I did a back up to my iCloud. Is it now safe to delete photos and files off of my device?

No. If you moved the photos to some other storage, you can delete them. But, if you delete from your device and backup, your deleted photos will be removed during the next backup. If you sync with iCloud, the photos will be deleted as soon as you delete on your device.
