Apple Music 02/09/2023

Since the beginning of August, I have been unable to download any albums or single tracks of music, all I get is an Error 500 message, I have reported it to Apple Support and they keep saying that their engineers are working on it, at one point the informed me that the issue was fixed, not so.

I am getting very frustrated with this issue, Is anyone else having any error 500 messages?
