Why do I keep getting the following message and what does it mean so I can stop receiving it?

The Music Library file cannot be saved. An unknown error occurred (100028).

Error 9039 on Apple Music macOS Sonoma 14.1.2 For the past 2 weeks, my Apple Music cloud library won't turn on or update. The music library on my iPhone 15 Pro is completely fine, same with my Apple TV 4K (1st Gen). I've tried removing songs from my phone to fix it and sometimes on my laptop and every time I turn it on, All the songs I have downloaded offline randomly duplicate (but not the ones I've saved on Apple Music for online) and say that my library is too full. I tried deauthorizing and reauthorizing my MacBook Pro, signing in and out, restarting my laptop, and I'm all out of solutions. Could someone please help me fix this? I don't want all of my music to be lost.

unknown error occurs on home screen within Apple Music Just loaded Apple Music on Computer and home screen shows error occurred. no number included. I have signed out and back in to no avail. Also, is there an easy way to transfer playlists from one computer to a new one? Thank you!

Reboot your computer with the option to reopen closed windows turned off.

Press and hold option+cmd as you launch Music which opens it in its safe mode.

See if you are now able to make a change and close the library without an error.
