Can Apple devices be infected with trojan virus?

No one, not even Apple, can scan your device remotely without your giving specific permission for remote access.

All such messages are scams presented by criminals. Do not interact with the message or the sender. Delete the email.

Any message referring to a trojan virus will be a scam; legitimate malware checkers would list Trojan Horses and viruses separately.

This is a well known SCAM. Ignore and delete the message.
