Can't add tickets from Ticketmaster to my Apple Wallet even though I'm signed into my AppleID

For several months I've been unable to add tickets from Ticketmaster or LiveNation to my apple wallet. When I do the first screen says "Ticketmaster requires TouchID for enhanced security. Your passes will only be available on devices that are signed in with (my email address which is my Apple ID). I clicked continue and then when I put in my fingerprint it says "Unable to Add Pass. Your pass could not be added to Wallet at this time. Try again later." Which I've done many times and still nothing. I have the most current app and OS for my phone. I'm getting extremely frustrated. HELP!!!!

I just found out that Ticketmaster has a new layer of security to prevent multiple users from using the same account. Once you "add to wallet" on an apple device, that account is linked to the AppleID for that wallet. Once it's linked, at this point, it cannot be unlinked. This seems completely unnecessary to me, and is a burden for my family, as we share tickets for various sports teams. The problem is they did not tell anyone they were doing this, so our family account is now tied to a different person in the family. The only workaround is to transfer the tickets to a different ticketmaster account.
