Can't load Ticketmaster tickets to Wallet.

Question

Can't load Ticketmaster tickets to Wallet.

Purchased tickets to an event. Tried to add to my iPhone 11 wallet via Ticketmaster app and get this error message... "Ticketmaster requires Face ID for enhanced security. Your passes will only be available on devices that are signed in with [email address]."

I have two phones connected to same Apple ID, tickets will load to wallet on one (iphone 8) but not the other (iphone 11). The iPhone 8 is a backup and rarely used, that's why I prefer to have them on the iPhone 11.

I hate to take two phones to the event - one for concert tickets and the other for parking pass.

Any help appreciated!

I have the same problem with my iPhone 13. The problem started after the latest update. It says "cannot add tickets ,try again later" I have contacted Ticketmaster, they says it is an apple software problem.
