I don’t have the drawing tool in notes

I open Notes and the drawing tool is not there, I also don’t have the selection bar that is shown in the image

Can we use apple notes drawing options on mac? There isn't any option available for drawing in the apple notes application of macOS. By any chance, can we use that?

Can you provide some additional information - such as your model of iPad and the installed version of iOS/iPadOS. This information may be relevant.
