Unable to download apps
Had to change hacked Apple ID lost all my apps set up new ID and unable to download
iPhone 13 Pro Max
All Apple content is permanently tied to the Apple ID that acquired it. That is the only Apple ID that can redownload and update the content.
If you created a new Apple ID you will need to start over. That means if it was a paid app, you will need to buy it again with the new Apple ID.
