Deleted contacts still appear on mac pro messages

I am at my ends wit! I have been searching the forums and all over Apple support, but I noticed deleted contacts from over years ago still appear in Messages on my Mac. The contacts are no longer on my phone or on my iCloud account, so idk where it's pulling it from.

My mac is running on the newest software, I have restarted my computer, I have triggered my messages to sync with iCloud, I have erased Siri dictation etc. but so far nothing has changed.

Is there a way to fix this? I have tried all the tips and tricks on the web.
