Apple ID saldo error

Ik heb geld op mijn Apple saldo gezet, het is afgeschreven van mijn bank maar is nooit op mijn Apple saldo komen te staan.

Tap App Store -> tap your Profile (top right of the screen) -> tap Add money to account -> then you will see your Apple Account balance.

Check again tomorrow or so, on business days.

Een refund kan ik niet via de site aanvragen want het geld is nergens aan uitgegeven en er is geen optie om het geld dat is verloren aan de transactie terug te krijgen.
