can you help me. I do not use itunes but today from my bank account 49.99 USD was wired for itunes purchase by my bank card. i did not do it by my self. but i tried to refund this transaction, i can not contact to apple support. i can not find any email or chat to send my request. how i proceed my request? because i did not purchase itunes, smth, refund option in this page does not work for my situation. please help me

Contact your bank, they can find out who (name, address & account number) has collected the amount from your bank account, and when.
If you find out who deducted money, report to the police.
Depending on your bank, they can collect the amount back within 30 days.
Ask the bank to block your card, and ask a new card.
