Hi I am unable to order MacBook from Apple store with education discount. I did cancel twice before because I wasn't sure of what I wanted. The customer care was of no help. They said wait 4,24,48 hours. It's been more than 2 days and yet I'm getting the same error. This is obviously really pathetic from Apple. But how have you guys overcome this? How long did you have to wait? Or how did you manage to order from a friend's account, was it with different credit card details?

I am having this issue. Customer service is horrible and won’t let me escalate this issue to their manager. All they’ve advised me to do is wait 48-72 hours for this issue to reset. Have you had this issue resolved?
