Screen colour is wrong after updating to Ventura

Hey,

I have a 2019 mac book pro, and I updated it from Catalina to Ventura a few days ago (overdue update I know). However, the screen colour is completely messed up after the update. I've tried changing the colour profile in settings, but each setting changes it slightly, but never manages to reach the correct colour (at the moment I am using 37LC55). I've also tried calibrating the colour profile, but this hasn't worked either. I've used an external display on my laptop and it the colour is correct.

I've attached a photo I took with my phone to show what my screen is showing at the moment (a screenshot would just show up normally on another screen, hence why I took a photo on my phone).

I'm a bit stuck here and I haven't seen much else online, so any help is greatly appreciated.

Thank you :)

Try booting into safemode, then back into your default account. Many times it will fix problems it finds during its diagnostics during safe boot up process.

The only two other things I can think of is to check true tone setting in System Settings. If its on, try turning it off. If it's already off, try turning it on. And Display Contrast perhaps.

System Settings > Displays> True Tone

System Settings > Accessibility > Display Contrast (Try changing the setting to more or less to see if it changes the display to a more normal view)
