Yahoo Icon deleted from Safari on my home screen (iPhone 11)

Today, I deleted the Yahoo icon that I could see when I pressed Safari on my home screen. The Bing and Apple Icons are still there, but I can't see the Yahoo icon any longer. I went to settings>safari and it shows Yahoo as the default when using Safari, but I can't figure out how to get the icon back under the safari icon on the home screen. Any suggestions?
