How to I limit the total screen time my kid has on iPhone to 3 hours per day?

Thanks for posting in Apple Support Communities.
You can limit Screen Time usage for all apps on your child's device by going to Settings > Screen Time > App Limits > tap on Add Limit > select all content you want to restrict and choose Next. Set the time limit and Add.
