Mail "Mail Message Import" on launch.

Mail was working fine when I went to bed last night.

This morning, I get a window stating that I need to import messages. I let this run, and it acts like it's importing messages. At the conclusion, I get this.

Any help would be appreciate. I''m running Ventura 13.5 on a 27" iMac.

Mail import continually fails iMac 27" 2019 OS Ventura 13.5.1 All of a sudden, when I start up Mail, I get this message.. The import process runs (about 40,000 messages) then at the end it just says it failed. I have restarted everything, reinstalled Ventura (it's up to date) and tried deleting all the 'Envelope Index' files (multiple times). Nothing has worked. Suggestions please!

Using iMac OS Monterey 12.6.5 - Mail 16.0 A problem with Mail. All messages download into inbox and are listed but the content of the email will not load. After of 15 minutes up to 2 hours the content will eventually appear. Is there a fix for this?

Two things to try is boot into safemode to let the system run its self diagnostics. Then test again. If that doesn't help try updating to Ventura 13.5.1
